All 5 workouts are made from only 1 exercise you have to do for a certain amount of time.

Don’t get me wrong – even if those 5 workouts are made only by one exercise that doesn’t mean they are easy. 

As a matter of fact, nothing about working out is easy. If you want to lose a ton of weight and become healthy please understand that this won’t be an easy or fast process.

Anybody who tells you otherwise is either delusional or simply doesn’t understand what he is talking about.

But can they really help you? Are they perfect?

Here’s what my experience has to say…

Pros and cons of The Fat Shrinking Signal

Even if I highly recommend this program that doesn’t make it perfect.

If I have to be honest with you I haven’t found perfect products. In my opinion, every product has some type of flaws. 

Here are my thoughts about The Fat Shrinking Signal

Let’s start with my favorite things about this course:

  • For a very cheap price, you are getting 25+ whole workouts with over 4 hours of content. And you can edit and adapt them to your needs as you like.

  • I really like how the whole course is structured. It’s very easy to see where you currently are.

  • One of my favorite things about this course is the fact that you can actually download the workout videos and watch them offline. I really like to workout outdoors and that was a huge benefit for me.

  • I really like how there aren’t any fluff or time-wasting speeches. Derek simply tells you what to do, how to do it and it’s over.

  • What instantly won me over was the length of the workouts. I personally don’t like to train more than 30-40 minutes at a time especially when doing cardio. And with the length of only 10 minutes these workouts were extremely convenient for me and my daily lifestyle.

  • Most importantly – these workouts do work. I know they are not easy but the actually work. Yes, they will kick your ass but that’s how good results are made.

  • One of the best things I like about the Fat Shrinking Signal is how simple everything is. I don’t have to carry around dumbbells or resistance bands. The only thing you are going to need is a timer (you can use any device or even better – an actual timer) and 10 minutes of your time.

But as I already told you this program is not ideal.

Here are a couple of things I don’t like about this weight loss system:

  • Even if all the workouts are great I would really appreciate if there were some type of FAQ videos (frequently asked questions) or other topics in which Derek could explain some of the questions you and me might have.

  • It was hard for me to know what exactly was I getting. Was I getting 30 videos or 3 PDF eBooks? Maybe both? Don’t worry, with the help of my review you won’t have such a problem.

  • It would be a great addition if you also got some type of printable workout logs so you know which days you are going to train, when you are going to rest, etc.

  • Except for those few things I don’t really have more complaints about this program. It was a nice purchase and I’m very happy with my decision.

So does this program work?

It would be too easy to simply answer that so instead let me show you.

I have continued the program for 2 months because why not? Even if the program itself is 21 days that doesn’t mean I should stop. 

I have access to the videos for the rest of my life because I have downloaded them on my computer so I can do the same workouts over and over again as long as I have to. If I have to be honest I’m still doing some of them from time to time. 

If you need to do them for 6 months – simply do them. Don’t limit yourself with 21 days. You can always make them easier or harder by tweaking them.

Answer to question 2

Yes, I’m completely aware that there are people that are in a lot worse situation than mine.

I have decided to share this picture, not because of the extreme results I have achieved but because it shows actual results and progress

And when something can give you actual results and not only promises then you have struck gold. 

If you are a lot more heavy than me that simply means that it’s going to take you longer time than me to lose that weight but that doesn’t mean you should skip the whole thing.
