Pros and cons of Toned In Ten

Like any other good online program Toned In Ten is very good but far for perfect.

After using it for a while now I’ve come up with a couple of things I do and don’t like about it.

Here’s what I’ve learned after using it for a couple of months.

Here are my favorite things about this program:

  • One of my favorite things about this course was how short are the workouts. I really hate doing long cardio and the 10 minute long workouts are an excellent choice for me or anybody who is like me. Click this link if you want to learn more about them <<

  • Everything is really well designed and structured. All the ebooks are easy to understand and all the videos are short and on point.

  • The workouts can be done outside without any equipment. This can be very useful for anybody looking for the freedom to train anywhere.

  • I really like that you also get access to a private Facebook group. I personally haven’t asked anything in it but it is still a very efficient way to get your questions answered.

  • There are 6 completely different workouts for every body part (except abs) and that a big plus. I really hate doing the same workout over and over again for many weeks and months. Having this amount of freedom is really helpful.

  • I really like how Erin gives you plenty of different variations for each exercise. That way all her workouts can be done by pretty much anyone regardless of his previous experience.

  • Speaking of that this is the final thing I really like – the freedom you get. Even if these workouts are going to kick your ass they give you the complete freedom to change your life. If you stick to them long enough you will see significant results in many different areas of your life.

Here are a couple of things I don’t like about this program:
